A quick note on motherhood
I am a mother of five, and I am certain that the time that I spend improving myself has only increased my capacity to love and nurture my children. The amount of time I spend is only important if the time spent is quality and not filled with resentment. Mothers that prioritize their health and wellbeing are anything but selfish…they are simply smart and more able to serve those they love most. Don’t let mother’s day be the only day that mothers feel recognized and served.
