Cody and I have been trying some new things. Cody's experiment was a success. He made beef jerky, and it tastes so good. It was a lot easier than I was anticipating. He marinated the meat and cooked it for eight hours at 170 degrees. I tried two different pies, both of which I did not cook long enough, but looked pretty.
